Yasuo Game Freeze

So I have run into a weird issue. Each time I play Yasuo the game freezes and the only way to get out of it is to restart my computer and attempt to reconnect to the match. Sometimes I am able to reconnect and help finish the match but most of the time the simply freezes again once I reconnect. I really want this issue to be fixed since I love playing Yasuo and I hate being unable to play any match where I get Yasuo which causes my team to be outnumbered because of this issue. Again this only happens with Yasuo. I have not run into this issue with any other champion.
