Am i just not in the know of some new game function that says that if you auto a jg creep from a distance or kite it around, when the creep moves back to spawn point it starts to regen and will not stop regening while you auto it. like they will just keep regening for ever unless you are able to deal more than the constant regen. is this a bug? has any one else noticed?

once the monster’s Patience is reduced to zero, the monster will reset and return to their original position. During this reset, they rapidly regenerate health and do not respond to further aggression.
Once a monster has recovered to 90% health, they regain all of their Patience
