[GAMEPLAY] Zyra plants and seeds have problems

When trying to place 2 plants next to each other one seed either flies off away from the other seed or the seed just doesn't plant. to recreate this try planting two seeds on top of each other.

Plant AI are stupid. They wait a few seconds sometimes when they spawn or change targets to attack. They also will stop attacking champions and farm minions even though you had hit the champion with a spell or auto attack. The plants like to just farm and ignore champions. This happens all throughout the games.
