[CRASH] Game freezes needing hard reset

Characteristiscs

1. Champion idle animation still runs, idle sounds still run, fps and ping counter still run
2. Can't control alt delete or alt tab, no bugsplat
3. cooldowns also continue to finish as if game is still going
4. Minions still attacking

To reproduce

1. start a game
2. play for 5 -10 minutes
3. it happens :(
4. Happens on all maps

Update: just tried to repatch and updated my graphics drivers, did not fix issue
