All these bugfixes and Graves is still a mess

Riot pls. Graves auto attacks disappear, his smoke bomb disappears and goes on cooldown (doing no damage and providing nothing but lost mana), his reload mechanics are buggy, he's unreliable because of all these bugs, and he's been that way for several patches. I get severely tilted when I'm mid jungle clear and my basic attack disappears, but there is still a bullet above my head and I am forced to reload. Worse yet it will reload midway, realize I have one more bullet, fire it, then reload again. I keep on waiting and reading patch notes and seeing nothing. I know you guys have your hands full but these bugs are huge problems, especially when you only have 2 attacks before you reload and 1 of them might disappear along with your only cc, that when placed well can single handedly turn the tides of a fight. I appreciate any consideration into this matter.
