Summoner Profile Issues

I keep having to restart my client due to my summoner profile developing issues randomly if I try and open it too many times. There is no set amount of times that this happens, but I won't be able to open and view my profile or any other players profiles. Unsure of the cause, but basically I will be able to open it a random number of times before the issues take effect. Is anybody else experiencing this?
