Cannot See How Long People are in Game For

Hello everyone!

Anyone else having difficulty viewing how long people are in game for and/or who they are playing as? I can't view it for example: http://prntscr.com/hgmmcu However the few times that I can, it shows this: http://prntscr.com/hgmmnq

Was wondering if this is a bug of some sort or if it's just my client type of thing? It was doing this last night then did a tiny update tonight for some reason and despite that, it is still doing it.
