Hextech permanent unlock didn't unlock the champion, the champion shard disappeared.

Yesterday I opened an hexteck chest, and it was the champion shard of "Aurelion sol", I crafted it with blue essences (the pop-up "permanently unlocked" etc.... poped). This morning, the champion is still lock, the champion shard disappeared, and I got my essences back. I'm sure I didn't Disenchant it (i'm not that stupid, there is a confirmation while you do it + there was the pop-up to confirm I unlocked the champion permanently).

Am I the only one with this problem ?
