[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai- trying to use ult as mark expires puts it on full CD without casting it
This is actually two separate but related bugs.
Part 1:
On Rek'Sai, when attempting to ult a target as the ult mark is expiring on them (after five seconds of being undamaged by Rek'Sai's damage or dying), her ult will go on its full CD (based on ult rank/CDR) despite it not being used at all (no initial cast animation of burrowing into the ground, no burrowing into the ground, no launch, no scream, no damage, nothing).
This has happened to me and several other Rek'Sai mains since the new patch (9.2) and happens regardless of skin. Items do not affect this bug.
** Part 2: **
On Rek'Sai, after using ult on a target that dies after she has burrowed and become un-targetable but before she launches at her target, her ult will go on its full CD (based on ult rank/CDR) instead of the 10 second partial reset CD it would normally have.
This has happened to me and several other Rek'Sai mains since the new patch (9.2) and happens regardless of skin. Items do not affect this bug.
