Diana Q then Ult bug.

So I have had this happen two games in a row twice each game. Diana will Q a target and you press R and the ult is used but Diana is not brought to the target selected. I do not know if her Damage is applied or not but I know for a fact this has constantly happened after patch 5.17 for me. I even Repaired the client for the heck of it. Its quite frustrating when you could have secured kills and this prevents you from doing so and instead your stuck. Any questions feel free to ask.
