I Agree doesnt work

Never left a game then my internet went down so was booted from game when I get on again get a leaver buster notice saying I have to type I Agree in the box to keep playing. so do that but okay doesn't highlight so cannot go any further and play the game at all. Pretty fuming over this as ive never left a game ever until then and never been in any trouble but now because something out of my control im getting punished because they cannot get there stuff working right. Any help or is anyone else having this same problem?
