[GAMEPLAY] Recall didn't cancel

i have a highlight of this but am unsure of how to upload it anyway in the bug the enemy brand is recalling and i (jhin) damaged him but it did not cancel the recall. i have not been able to try and recreate this bug so i dont know if it was just a one time thing or not but i just wanted to bring your attention to it

There is a short window, .1 seconds (in some cases .2 seconds) where you can hit the champion at the tail end of their recall, but the recall will still go through. Also, if he had a shield, you would need to break break the shield or cc him to stop the recall
