Champion Selection!!! and in game

When you pick you want to say what champion you want, this is draft pick btw...Before the bann takes in effect! and you click on change runes! the hole banning a champion you cannot and you will wait timer to exit client and wait 5min for next game! Happen to me twice in one day so far kinda annoying, Also when I die in game I also found that I buy item sometimes wanting to redo which I can because I'm dead but then somehow I can't redo the item I just bought please fix these two please!
