issue with summoner spells......

So I've noticed that when i choose a summoner spell ( I.E. Heal ) for lets say a bot lane Jinx the next game if i chose the same champion and lane the last summoner spell I've picked is not the default. This led me to having to play a bot lane ADC Jinx with Smite instead of Heal. Seriously WTF it never used to do this. Why is it now all of a sudden summoner spells are getting picked for you instead of just defaulting to the last spells chosen?
