Game will not start after patcher.

This started happening in 4.19 and is still continuing for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have run a repair, I have run as administrator. Nothing is helping resolve this.

Edit: should clarify it goes to the patcher screen then when i hit launch the client never loads but still shows up in my running process
