Bug: Abilities, such as irelia stun and zoe bubble, that are cast and cause a visual prompt on the ground have been broken in ARAM for a while now.

Evidence: The following images are from a recent ARAM game with an irelia on it.

The ability visual of the stun area is so clearly off that it is kind of comical. The stun area is soaring above the Veigar's head, making it appear in a much different spot than usual. The same thing happens with a Zoe bubble and other visual effects that are like these abilities.

So what?: It is extremely frustrating to be hit by abilities that don't seem to connect. It makes it harder for the caster to actually land the abilities if they are this far off.

What Causes It?: The same thing happens on summoner's rift when you fire from river onto a lane. This happens because of elevation change in the map. It would take a whole reworking of the game's engine and calculations to fix it, but it is only minor on the rift. On ARAM, the starting platform is raised and the entirety of the map is lowered.

How Can You Fix It? It's simple (I think), make the default height of the visual plane the height of the bridge. This would make it only possible for this to happen if casting an ability to or from the starting platform. This is a much better situation than going the entire game with odd hitboxes.

tl;dr: ARAM visual indicators are completely off on some abilities because of height change. Rito plz fix.
