Why does "Your Shop" show wrong full prices on skins?

As you can see from the link, I'm wondering why the prices in 'Your Shop' are jacked up to seem as if you're getting a bigger sale than you actually are, VS what's on the actual shop. By the way I don't own any of the champions, but some other skins show up fine, for example Lunar Empress Lux is shown as 1350 RP (before discount) in 'Your Shop', and I don't own her either. I know she isn't in the shop anymore, but that was her original skin price. So, what's the deal Riot? [sg-lux-2]
