[GamePlay] Yasuo 3rd Q Doesn't Proc Conqueror

Yasuo tornado Q doesn't proc a stack or refresh stacks on conqueror if it hits a creep first. The first hit applies on hit affects and counts as an auto the consecutive hits count as a spell (will pop banshee veil and malzahar passive). Conqueror States attacks AND spells against enemy champions will proc the stack. Please fix this (without disabling my boi.)
