League client crashes, and then I lose LP for it >.>

This has happened more than once during my time in playing season 6, I have never heard of this problem before this time, anyone know why it happens? Also bugsplat never happened, the client will freeze and my friends will be in champ select, and the server appears to think that I am in que as well. I am just tired of losing LP for a stupid bug :L

i recommend contacting riot support instead of using the boards for this problem
