Blank Window that Plays Login Music [CLIENT]

I've included a pastebin link with the latest logs for my client.

Every time I try to open League, all I get is a blank, dark blue window. This has been the case for the past two days. It does play the login music, but there is no way to progress further or log in. I have clicked in places where I know the buttons would be, but there is no response - so the bug is not merely visual.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling League, but it does not seem to have fixed the issue. Please help!

Edit: After looking up advice from others with similar problems online, I tried accessing C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system.

The only thing in this folder is a small picture of the League icon, labelled "icon." Is this supposed to be what the folder contains?
