varus q interacting with fog of war bug

if varus is charging his q, and you see extended range through fog somehow (i dunno how this happened), i saw him at his location before he charged, but as he actually walked into the real vision he teleported to where he released his q and it looked like he had jumped forward. this happened twice in one game.

yea, if you charge your q then walk forward into fog of war it will show you where you were previously, when released it teleports you.
