I'm having the same issue, only with different skins, I think riots discount tool is broken somewhere. :/

Hiya!

Are you referring to a skin not showing the discount properly? If you don't own the champion, the price includes both the discounted skin, as well as the champion. If you purchase the champion for IP (or RP separately), the price will drop to only the price of the skin.
