Champ Select Bug.

So for my first game i attempted to play today i tried to get into about 10 games atleast of champ select they all for some strange reason dodged. Then after that i get into 1 last one and in the champ select No one and i mean no one could click a ban for a champion so should we be punished for bugs like this? Because i have a 30 min timer sitting here just doing nothing because of the client itself?
