Woops! Something broke!

So I wanted to play a league match but when I clicked on the icon I got an error saying "Woops! Something broke". I tried the hextech repair tool and didn't work , my windows just got recently updated (windows 7 ultimate). I don't know how to fix it , yesterday I was able to play but now I can't, help please!
