Tahm Kench: Bug with "w" "Devour"

TahmKench Tahm Kench's "w - Devour" is not working properly. When using "w" on a minion and quickly spitting it out with "w" , minion sometimes fall at the feet of Tahm. Ability goes on cool down, and the minion is able to take damage, but it will NOT die. ANOTHER BUG- Tahm sometimes "w"'s a minion, but it does not give the option to spit it out and ability goes on cool down. Minion then comes at when the timer of "devour" is up. These bugs happened to me around level 15 or 16.

Repro Steps:

  • Launch League -Start game on Summoner's Rift -Try "Devouring" minions and spitting back out quickly (This is where the first bug sometimes occur, I noticed this bug at level 15) -Try "Devouring" minions and at times you will be prompted with the second bug. (Second bug occurs here, this happened at level 15ish as well)

This happens to me too but also, sometimes whenever i try to eat an ally, he doesnt eat them and the same happens to enemies too but it works again after i eat a minion. The problem is that it always happens again.
