[GAMEPLAY] Game seems to freeze with no FPS or Ping change

While playing the game recently theres been moments where the game will freeze up sort of making the game unplayable. FPS and Ping will remain stabe during the duration. Its happened on both my computers and my speed test has shown the same speed while doing this. So i don't believe its on my end. Additionally ive seen people on forums talking about this and people in game. Also people i know personally. Thanks hopefully theres a fix
