[Bug] Summoner Profiles

I don't really have a screenshot, but after looking at a couple player profiles, it feels as though this service is blocked.

I can not click to view another Summoner's profile, and I cannot even click to view my own.

Not really game breaking, but very annoying.

Note: This also happened to my queue partner at the exact same time.

same, after i checked a couple of profiles its blocked. it annoys the hell out of me, since you have to relogg to fix it.
