MY LOADING IN SCREEN AFTER CHAMP SELECT

My pc which btw is new and is in mint condition wit 22 ping internet all the time is all working/ however when i get to the loading screen after champ select my pc pops up with an icon saying that i need to check my internet connection when i might have a few good games with it and then it just randomly comes up so please please fix this, i have spent so much money on this game and would really not want it to go to a big big waste. Also when ever i reset ex amount of times it finally loads in my game but i have to keep disconnecting and then reconnecting and it is really annoying, and then while i wait i check a trouble shoot and nothing is wrong, so i have come to a conclude that is is the oce servers or the game itself because every other game works really smooth so please please fix this or tell me how to fix this, there might be a setting in the game but idk. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!
