[GAMEPLAY] Pointer glitching, not allowing to ping or attack correctly

This has happened to me quite a few times recently. Ill be playing a game and all of a sudden the pointer will glitch out and get stuck with the ping cursor. This keeps me from sending pings to my team, and disables my ability to use the click to attack. So I am unable to warn my teammates, and I have to click directly on my opponent or opposing minion in order to attack it. I noticed the happens almost every time I play a champion that can change it's form, mainly Gnar. What happens, I will be seconds away from turning into Mega Gnar so I'll set up to jump on the enemy, throw a boulder, or stun them and if I mistime the ability the pointer glitches. The only way I am able to fix this is if I die (sometimes), or get lucky and it fixes itself. I see this as a huge deal cause it can really mess up a game for someone. Hopefully I am not the only one experiencing this problem, cause seeing this fixed would be very helpful. When I play Gnar later, I will see if I can get it to happen again and get screen shots.
