Suggested Invite Bug

When entering into a ranked queue (I am a Twisted Treeline player, so I noticed this on Twisted Treeline), some suggested invites include people that I am unable to invite due to rank difference. If I click on one such person to invite them, they disappear from the suggested list (as though they had been invited), but they do not appear on the invited list. There is also no message saying that they were unable to be invited due to the rank difference.

Either it should be changed so they cannot be invited, or a message should inform you when attempting to do so.
