[GAMEPLAY] Shaco boxes not always proccing aftershock

Shaco's boxes are not proccing aftershock whenever it is off cooldown. This could be due to Shaco's range from the champion who is popping the box, but i doubt it because i was having this issue in close quarters as well. I tested fiddle's fear and didn't seem to have any issue, so it seems that this is specifically tied to how boxes function. My current working theory is that the boxes snapshot the status of aftershock's cooldown when they are placed; that is to say that if aftershock is on cooldown when a box is placed, then the box will not proc aftershock, even if it is off cooldown by the time the box is popped. This is only a theory though.

In the video it was basically every other box that wouldn't function properly.
