After updating to 9.18, MSI Afterburner (and by extension RTSS) seem to no longer be compatible with League. As soon as you try to load in a game, it just bugsplats immediately. I set my own fan curves with MSI Afterburner and so not being able to have it in the background is annoying. I also use RTSS to monitor my temps and usages during gameplay, so I hope Riot fixes this soon.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
Resti4 votesHello man, I was going crazy about this. I restarted my computer, re-installed the game and tried everything I could. When I disabled MSI afterburner it just worked.

MSI afterburner is a software that allows you to overclock your GPU, set custom fan curves, and have in-game monitoring of stats such as framerate, temperatures, usage %, all of that. Think of it as a tool for your GPU.

Primul1 votesThanks, this worked for me too. I had to disable the Gigabyte Aorus software too, so maybe something with monitoring software in general causing the issue.

Foxeqois1 votesHey Abureu! So i was constantly having Bugsplat issues every time i was about to load into a game. I tried uninstalling league, checking for corrupted files, just simply closing the app, but the only thing that fixed the issue for me was to close MSI Afterburner and it then immediately started working again.
So i just wanted to say thank you for putting this out there! It helped me :)
