Jhin's W passive problem [Game Play] [Maybe Client-side]

So I've noticed for some time now (past 2 patches maybe?) that there's a problem with Jhin's W passive indicator. I don't know if any one else had this happen to them, but here's the layout. When the game starts, everything is fine and works as intended. But around the time we go from mid to late game, his W indicator will permanently stay on a champion on the enemy team. In rare cases it's stuck to two champs. It's still activatable if the person is damaged, but IT JUST STAYS THERE AND IT CAN BE CONFUSING AF. sorry, it's just really annoying.
[Side note] when said champion is damaged, the permanent W indicator will actually get brighter, as if it's put there twice.
