Renekton's W decreases in damage with Stormrazor item

Bug description: Renekton's W(Ruthless predator) damage gets lowered with stormrazer How to reproduce: Start practice tool game, buy stormrazors , cast W with the items effect then try without it and you will see that the dmg gets cut in half for raged and non raged W

Damage with stormrazer--> http://i67.tinypic.com/33413fa.png Whereas renektons non rage W strikes 2 times with the dmg of 59 and 59(in crit look form) Damage WIthout stormrazer's passive http://i65.tinypic.com/10pufd5.png Where you can clearly see W strike 2 times with the dmg of 100 and 100 which is almost double the dmg as opposed to stormrazed W.
