Guinsoo's rageblade Patch 6.23 can kill master yi

This is my first time posting on a forum and I assume this is where I can report bugs. Feel free correct me if I am wrong. So recently I saw Vandiril's video of how the Guinsoo's rageblade is able to damage and also debuff the player if they are playing Master Yi. I myself have also tried this out personally in a custom game with the item Phantom Dancer and I was able to debuff myself with Lament.

The method of recreating this bug is simple. Step one: Pick Master Yi to be played in game Step two: build the Guinsoo's rageblade (Patch 6.23) Step three: By buying any other on hit items and raising Master Yi's attack speed to around 2.40 - 2.50 Step four: Stack guinsoo's rageblade until it hits 6 and when the unique passive procs Master Yi will damage himself.
