Client freezes in champ select and forces me to dodge

Just got a new pc and thought i wouldn't have anymore issues but here comes this stupid bug again where in champ select randomly the timer will go down to 0 and my client will freeze and i will have to hope it either unfreezes and reloads or that i already have selected a champion. My pc has no problems running any games and my connection always seems to be fine. I just lost promos because it happened in all 3 games but 1 of them i was lucky enough to have already picked. And the rest of the client is still running. I can see real time chats and the background music is still playing. Anyone else have this problem or know any fixes?
