How ironic it froze on karma,

Is this a sign?

I had this issue before though.

This happened to me for the second time, and I keep getting penalized for it.

I was also picking karma

Happened to me too :/ several tiems i hope i get replacement or some kind of thing to make it fair cuz im on -33 lp now :/

Happened to me as well. Not with Karma though, with Talon. I wasn't given a time penalty, but i did lose LP.
