[BUG] Watch and Earn 11 Mission

Hi, the LCK week 10 games are not being counted towards the mission completion. I watched both of the SKT vs AF games and neither were counted towards the mission completion. I then watched the week 9 CLG vs FOX game and that was properly counted. I think that the "Games Watched" tracker is working properly, however. This appears to be a repetition of the earlier bug where LCK and the games from a few other regions were not properly credited.
