Katarina Q disabled for remainder of game

In URF mode playing as Katarina, upon being ulted by Malphite mid q animation, my q was disabled for the rest of the game. The sound that plays when you don't have a proper target played whenever I pressed q for the rest of the game, but no daggers were thrown.

I exited out of client and reconnected, which fixed the bug. However, I let Malphite ult me again and it happened once more.
