Champion sometimes wont do anything, but ping is fine???

I've had this happen to me a few times while in-game. I don't know what the issue is, but almost every once in a while, my champion stops doing what I want them too.

Ex: When my champion moves to a certain spot, and I want them to move to another, they just stand there for a few seconds.

Note: Ping is perfectly fine at 60-70ms. There is NO "Attempting to Reconnect Pop-Up," and everyone else's champion moves perfectly fine.
