Finding match stuck at 20:01 min for low priority

So i kinda 'd out of a game and ok.. i did get a 20 min ban. What i dont understand is as to why whenever the 20 minutes gets lifted my game is stuck at 20:01 minutes still trying to find a game. I've tried re logging, waiting for like another 20 minutes and yet it still doesn't work. Much appreciated if you can figure out as to why.{{summoner:36}}
