Game freezing at 7-11 minutes, but ms and fps are good

Hello, Im having issue that, i press "Q"W"E"R"D"F"4"B" [ANY MOVE] and it does after like 4-5 seconds. I got this every game at 7-11 minutes. Im having this issue from new patch when new season starts. Writing right now beacose i thinked riot will fix it suine, but my friends told me that they dont have this issue. Tried : Restarting pc Reinstalling LOL Repairing LOL LAGS FIX TOOLS Clear PC and more have a nice day , , ,
