[GAMEPLAY]Cannot use Q or R as Sion for rest of game

An ahri was in mid lane, so I ulted onto her as Sion. When I hit her I begin charging my q just to have it interrupted immediately by her charm. But after that I was unable to use ult OR q for the rest of my game.
