If you are having this issue, its most likely due to a third party app running in your background that you may not be aware of. i have been googling how to fix this issue for months now and seeking help and i found a super hidden post about it explaining that riot has an anti cheat system that causes this. i personally could not figure out what third party program i was using until i realized that rivatuner downloaded with msi afterburner which i use to cap my frames for certain games. and streaming. so. if u are having this issue and have not been able to figure out what might be the problem, this may very well be your solution. i hope this helps someone out there trying to find an answer to their solution. you do not have to uninstall rivatuner, however you do have to make sure it is closed and not running in the background while playing league of legends.
