[Gameplay] Jhin 4th bullet disappearing bug

The bug is pretty much when you play Jhin and start what I call a "natural" reload (reloading from being out of combat) while being on your last bullet, if you try to fire during the last second of the natural reload your entire dramatic 4th shot animation will go off but the bullet will disappear, do no damage, and you get locked into the animation for .5s or so and have to do the entire reload afterwards anyway.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Auto-attack until you're on your last bullet.
2. Wait for the "natural" reload to begin.
3. Attempt to Auto attack with final bullet in last 1s of reloading
4. The spinning 4th shot animation will go off and your bullet disappears
