Lag but not lag good fps good ping and no packet loss

Trouble shooting steps that i have take over the coarse of a year include: -Updating lol -Re-installing (LOL and OS- to several varieties) -All Riot ping and connection support tips ( but like i said ping is stable there is no packet loss and my fps sit in the 200rds and is stable) -I checked other games (which are fine) -I have explored input lag and done recommended fixes (to no avail) -I have explore many more but non worth mentioning
My frustrations There are many videos dating way back with these problems but no body posts the fix that applies to my scenario. I have spent countless hours researching the issue and not found any solution, this brings doubt in to my mind as to whether it is my skills as a researcher or the lack of knowledge out there either way there must be a solution to this problem. i really enjoy placing this game but i cant hand the harassment i receive for some thing out of my control not to mention my ego take massive blows to the solar plexus every time i que up.
Going forward i would like to receive some sort of response from riot regarding the issues i am having. I understand that they must be busy in the forums but i have try my best to research the problem over the coarse of a year with no success. I believe once the problem has been sorted in its entirety an entry in to their official support page rather than a forum would help so many others out there rather than having them search copious pages often with not solutions just pages and pages of us people going "i have that problem too" or "try this" often harming than fixing.
Information i am aware of the need for my logs, sys specs, and any other information one might need to assist me, but at the risk of my sanity i would like to receive a response of acknowledgement prior to my doing so. Please help me.
