Renekton Bug

So I bought Pool Party Renekton the other day and pretty much every once in a while I'll be using abilities my cursor would change into the blue target cursor that I get from my E and stay that way until I E again or at least I'll have show the blue indicator again then it would resume with the original cursor. It also changes into the Red Sword cursor occasionally too. It is annoying because I'm not allowed to left click the map n' stuff. I do have quick cast on but it is on release (Blue indicator thing).
