Black Screen [Client]

I went into queue and got the accept/reject window and pressed accept. Once everyone accepted my screen went black instead of going into champ select. I knew I was first pick in draft because there was that sound that alerts you 'its your turn to ban!'. Although I tried to click on the screen everything was unresponsive. Due to this reason I was unable to ban and pick my champ resulting in me being ejected from the lobby, losing lp, and waiting 5 minutes. Its not a big deal to me, but I could see how this may be an issue for other players. This was the first time it ever happened to me. June 8th, 2015 10:30 PM PST was when it happened.
