Secondary Role

So today i played 12 games with Top as my primary role and in 11 of them i got my secondary of either jungle or bot. This has never happened could it be a bug of some sort?

So today i woke up and started to play, 2 more games in a row whre i have not got Top. Making it 14 games. There has to be something wrong here. Everyone i talk to in game says it sounds fishy. Please help
