Graves no stats

i was playing a game and locked adc Graves changed my runes and masteries to my adc page. When i got into a game they where gone and i only had 66 ad...... it messed up my whole laning phase during a ranked game riot please do a hot fix if possible.

i checked using LolNexus and it showed i had them on but in game got none of my stat buffs.
